1. Orders placed by those who opt for meet-up at checkout must be collected within 31 days of your receipt. Please contact us as soon as you place your order lest you forget! Uncollected records after this period will be made available again on our webstore for purchase by another party. No refunds will be granted in this case.

2. Changes in items cannot be made to orders already placed. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us immediately!

3. We have adopted a no refund / exchange policy that applies to all orders. An exception shall be made should any record in your order arrive broken, cracked, severely warped or scratched, or otherwise damaged such that it can no longer be played properly, or if you receive a record jacket that is severely damaged (i.e. a corner is completely torn off; small creases / dents do not count). Such an occurrence is extremely rare - we go through great measures to ensure all orders are packaged securely. Disputes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. ETAs displayed on a pre-order page are subject to change. Delays in delivery and changes to an album’s release date are some common reasons for pre-order delays; these reasons are well beyond our control. By purchasing a pre-order product, you agree to these terms.
